Permanent Affiliation: January 20, 2023
On January 20th, 2023, Founding Dean Sarah Drummond, Chair of the Andover Newton Advisory Council, Yale Divinity School Dean Gregory Sterling, and Yale President Peter Salovey signed Andover Newton’s permanent affiliation agreement with Yale University in front of a packed common room. Noting that this is Andover Newton’s fourth move, President Salovey closed his remarks with: “Welcome home.” click here

The Rev. I’noli Hall (Yale Divinity School MDiv and Andover Newton Diploma Recipient ’22) worked with tribes in Maskwacis, Alberta to prepare for the Pope’s visit. As we were publishing this story, news also broke the the Vatican rejected the “Doctrine of Discovery.”
