Andover Newton Seminary at Yale Divinity School is creating and disseminating new knowledge and resources for faith leaders. These come in the form of named lectures, printed (or downloadable) materials, worship materials, and newly imagined devotionals.

The Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Haggray, executive director of American Baptist Home Mission Societies and Judson Press, was the speaker for Alumni/ae Convocation 2022. Dr. Haggray, who is also an Andover Newton Advisory Council member, reflected on the annual theme, “Leading With Love.”

Yale Divinity School and Andover Newton Seminary alumnus Jyrekis Collins presented a lecture on Andover Newton’s first African American graduate, George Washington Williams, Class of 1874.

Additionally, Dean Sarah B. Drummond blogs weekly. During FY23, she explored leadership, reflecting on three themes: “Critical Christian Leadership,” “Leading with Love Letters,” and “Ministry Demystified.” You can subscribe to her weekly blog on Medium
